Account and registration
Go to the member login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your username or email address associated with your rajabandoy account. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email within subject to verification. Click the link in that email and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email within subject to verification, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact our support team (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time, English language) to manually process the reset. Have your username and the email address on file ready.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires: (1) a valid government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), (2) a selfie holding your ID next to your face, and (3) proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the past three months).
Upload these documents from your rajabandoy account settings under "Verification." Our team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. If a document is unclear or missing, we will request a resubmission. Once verified, you can withdraw funds to your registered bank account or payment method. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, not before your first deposit.
If you cannot log in, see unfamiliar login attempts, or notice transactions you did not make, change your password immediately and contact our support team at once. Do not share your password, recovery code, or authentication app with anyone.
We can freeze your account, review recent login history, and reverse unauthorized transactions if we confirm the activity was not yours. Account recovery typically takes 1 business day. To strengthen security, use a strong password (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols), enable two-factor authentication if available, and log out of shared devices. If you access rajabandoy from Bandung, Jakarta, Surabaya, or any other city, only log in from devices you trust.
Payments and transactions
rajabandoy does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees depending on your account type and transaction size—contact them directly if you are unsure.
Withdrawal processing does not incur a rajabandoy fee. Funds return to your original deposit method (the same mobile banking wallet, bank account, or local payment account you used to deposit). If an error occurs during processing, contact our support team to reverse the transaction.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–2 business hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, and others) are queued and processed the next business day.
Once approved, funds are sent to your registered payment method (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account). Transfer time depends on the payment provider: mobile banking and local payment typically credit within minutes, while bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may take 1–2 hours.
If your withdrawal status shows "Under Review" for more than 4 hours, contact our support team. Delays can occur if your account requires additional KYC documents or if a transaction-monitoring flag was raised.
rajabandoy periodically offers promotional bonuses to new users who open an account and make their first deposit. The specific bonus terms (amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiration) vary by campaign and are displayed on the account dashboard when you log in.
